About the challenges

The Advent of Cyber 3 was TryHackMe’s advent calendar. Every day of the month of December, TryHackMe released a new security focused challenge. These challenges covered topics such as Network Security, Web security, clod security, Exploitation, and blue teaming. This challenge was a lot of fun, and I highly recommend giving it a shot. Its a great way to learn a little bit about everything.

A late start

I started this challenge late, around February 11. Despite my late start, It only took me around two weeks to finish. I completed the final challenge on the 21st, just 10 days later. Hopefully next year I can start on time!

I became a THM addict.

After I finished the advent of code, I ventured off to try THM’s other challenges. This has been an amazing choice and I have learned so much through the website. Learning about different exploitation techniques, Network Services, and Red-Teaming through TryHackMe has quickly became one of my favorite hobbies. In my 4 weeks on the platform, I have completed over 35 rooms, and earned 7 badges.
